        If you happen to order a popular piece and the last one has been sold, do not worry, our designer Tetsuya will create the item that                  belong solely to you in Japan right away. 

• A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

Defective item ?

• Please contact us within 7 days, send us clear photos/videos so we can prepare the material right away.

• Send it back to us in all original packaging. 

• We will be paying the return shipping for you.

Do you provide warranty ?

• Yes we do. We offer 90 days warranty from the purchase date. We'll fix your item for FREE.

• Please contact us and send us clear photos/videos so we can prepare the material the same time.

• Kindly understand as some materials are rare, we might not be able to find exactly as the original one.

• Fixing service fees after warranty period will be the responsibility of the customer.

• We're sorry you don't like it. We will be accepting returns for any reason.

• Please contact us within 14 days, send it back to us in all original packaging.

• Please note that custom made items are not returnable.
